History and description of Golden Russet
Also known as the Golden Russet of Western New York, this is an old
American variety. Medium sized, round-conical fruit. Bright golden yellow
background skin colour partially covered with a light brown russet.
Cream coloured, firm textured flesh. Sweet with a honeyed taste.
