History and description of LouLou

The attractive dark red apple crops heavily in mid October, the apples are juicy and crisp, formerly seedling 108. Named by the artist Elisabeth Dowle. Dr Joan Morgan's notes on Loulou. 'deep red flush ; pale cream flesh; crisp; balanced sugar and acidity; more robust than Bethan; qt rich; attractive apple should have wide appeal.'
