Your personal details

We will use your data only in connection with providing the goods and services offered on this website.

We will pass only your delivery address and contact details (telephone and email address) to our delivery partners. We do not sell or provide contact details to any other organisations.

Your payment details

We do not retain your payment card details on our system. When you place an online order on our website your payment card details are transmitted online to our bank. We do not see any of these details, we only receive a notification that your payment has been accepted or declined. If you pay over the telephone our staff will transmit the information online to our bank as you are speaking. The information is not retained by us or our staff in any form.

We monitor usage of our websites by recording which pages you visit. This allows us to see which products are most popular, and to provide assistance in the event of problems.
