Propagation is carried out in late July / early August, and the grafted trees would be available for supply in December the following year (approximately 14 months later). You can choose the number of trees and the rootstock(s) you want the trees grafted on.

History and description of Primate

Primate plum was raised by Rivers Nurseries at Sawbridgeworth. It first fruited in 1889, was introduced in 1897 and received the Award of Merit from the RHS in 1895. The fruit is larege with a red/purple skin. It has yellow, juicy flesh with a fair flavour and cooks well.
