Guided tours of Keepers Nursery

Autumn 2025

Would you like to visit Keepers Nursery and see our extensive range of fruit tree varieties? This autumn we are offering a series of guided tours. Places are limited to 20 people and must be pre-booked using the form below.

Your guide will be Karim Habibi, our knowledgeable Nursery Manager. You will be able to see a range of fruit trees in season at the time of the visit, and sample the fruit, and ask questions about fruit varieties and the nursery production process.

The visits will last approximately 2 hours.

If you would like to join one of the visits please use the form below to register. There is an entry fee of £20 per adult (18 and over) payable on arrival, which will be donated to our local village sports club.

From M20 Junction 5 follow the signs for Maidstone Hospital and Barming. Continue past the hospital, then turn right onto the A26 Tonbridge Road, after about 1km take a left onto B2163 Teston Lane. Go over the narrow stone bridge then turn left onto B2010 Lower Road. Travel for approximately 1km along Lower Road, the nursery entrance is on the right about 100 metres before Gallants Lane. The entrance is steep so be careful. Please drive up the farm track where you will be directed to park on the grass.

Terms and conditions

  1. We advise that visitors come prepared for all conditions on the day of the tour, as the ground may be wet, muddy and/or uneven. As such, access to some parts of the collection may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.
  2. Parking will be on the grass in the nursery and we ask visitors to park as directed by nursery staff. Parking is at your own risk.
  3. Dogs are not allowed.
  4. You must stay with the group.
