History and description of Eros

Raised 1947 by W P Seabrook, Boreham, Essex from a Worcester Pearmain X Charles Ross. A large-sized fruit. Smooth-skinned with a bright red flush. Firm, yellow flesh with a fruity and quite sharp taste.
