History and description of Triomphe de Vienne

An old French variety.

Small, pyriform oval fruit. Smooth yellow skin with a red flush and russet patches. Very smooth and juicy white flesh. Sweet with good flavour.

Weak growing tree. Reliable heavy cropper.
